We’re passionate about sound and technology, and get a kick out of creating innovative instruments and new sonic experiences. Sonodrome is always looking for new and alternative ideas; we love to make, tinker with, re-appropriate and experiment.

It's our belief that sharing and community are hugely important, and we actively encourage and indulge in learning. By releasing our work under the Creative Commons License and the GNU LGPL Version 3, we can share our ideas, designs and techniques, and help others to create, learn and share alike.

We take responsibility for who we are, and do everything we can to reduce our impact on the Earth and it’s resources.

Commissions & Collaborations

Our main area of work covers computer interfaces, building musical instruments, electronics research and development, algorithmic music, sound/art installations, software and digital signal processing.

We receive regular enquiries about commissioned work, project support, workshops and collaborations. We welcome the diverse nature of these enquiries and work closely with our customers to ensure a quality and personal service.
